The secret to a world-class Marinara isn’t found in a spice rack; it is found in the volcanic soil of the Campania region. At Veratti’s, we believe that if the ingredients are exceptional, the chef’s greatest skill is restraint.

We exclusively source San Marzano tomatoes, grown in the mineral-rich earth in the shadow of Mount Vesuvius. These tomatoes possess a natural sweetness and a low acidity that requires no mask of sugar or heavy seasoning. By simmering them slowly with cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil and hand-torn basil, we let the true flavor of Italy speak for itself. It is simple, honest, and entirely authentic—a taste of the Mediterranean sun in every spoonful.
